Abstract

This article explores the critical role of nutrition in the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity. By reviewing current dietary guidelines and epidemiological studies, we highlight the importance of balanced diets and nutrient-rich foods in maintaining health. The paper also discusses public health strategies to promote healthy eating habits at the community level. Our findings emphasize the need for interdisciplinary approaches to nutrition education and policy-making to reduce the burden of chronic diseases globally.
