The Role of Mindfulness Practices in Reducing Student Anxiety

This article investigates the challenges and solutions related to healthcare access in remote Indigenous communities across Canada. Utilizing interviews with healthcare providers and community members, the study examines the barriers to accessing medical services, including distance, cultural differences, and resource shortages. Findings highlight the importance of culturally sensitive healthcare practices and the integration of traditional medicine with modern healthcare services. The study calls for policy changes to improve healthcare accessibility in these communities.
