The Role of Nutrition Education in Preventing Childhood Obesity

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of nutrition education programs in schools in preventing childhood obesity. The research outlines various educational strategies used in different countries and their impact on children's eating habits and BMI. Through a comparative study approach, the article identifies key components of successful programs and suggests improvements. The role of parents and communities in reinforcing educational outcomes is also discussed.
