Abstract

This paper examines the representation of feminist themes and gender dynamics within contemporary Indian literature, highlighting how authors address issues of patriarchy, gender inequality, and empowerment. Through analyzing a variety of novels and short stories, the research identifies key narrative strategies that challenge traditional gender roles and promote feminist discourse. The study also explores the influence of these narratives on readers and society, offering insights into literature's role in advancing gender equality in India.
