The current geopolitical landscape necessitates a rigorous re-examination of securitization theory within the post-multipolar world order. This paper employs a multi-methodological approach, integrating quantitative risk analysis with qualitative discourse evaluation. Findings suggest that traditional frameworks inadequately capture the dynamism and complexity of contemporary security challenges, particularly in the Global South. Our study underscores the necessity for adaptive policy frameworks that incorporate both state and non-state actors in risk assessments.
