Abstract

This study investigates the sociological dynamics of urban migration and the processes of social integration in metropolitan areas. It focuses on how new migrants adapt to urban environments and how cities manage the integration of diverse populations. Using case studies from major cities worldwide, the research identifies patterns and challenges in migration and integration. The findings suggest that successful integration relies on inclusive policies and community engagement strategies that accommodate cultural diversity while promoting social cohesion.
