This article examines the intersection of traditional architectural methodologies and modern technological advancements, focusing on how this integration reshapes spatial paradigms in contemporary architecture and construction engineering. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including case studies, interviews, and quantitative analyses, we reveal how architectural practices are challenged by innovative technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Augmented Reality (AR). The findings underscore the necessity for architects and engineers to reassess conventional frameworks to embrace synergistic relationships with emerging technologies, leading to optimized design processes and enhanced spatial experiences.
