Abstract

This article examines the dynamics of team collaboration in virtual environments, focusing on the challenges and opportunities presented by digital communication tools. The study explores how virtual teams can effectively collaborate, addressing issues such as communication barriers, trust-building, and technology adoption. The findings suggest that virtual teams can achieve high levels of collaboration by leveraging appropriate digital tools and fostering a culture of trust and openness. The article offers strategies for organizations to enhance virtual team effectiveness and collaboration.
