Abstract

This study delves into the transformative potential of algorithmic leadership models within the realm of remote project management in tech startups. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we analyzed data from 200 global tech firms, uncovering pivotal insights into leadership dynamics and project outcomes. Our findings reveal that algorithmic leadership significantly enhances project efficiency and team cohesion, albeit with challenges in adaptability to dynamic market conditions. These insights are pivotal for strategists aiming to optimize leadership paradigms in decentralized and virtual environments.
