This study investigates the impact of agile methodology adoption on project management success specifically in the telecommunications sector. Through a comprehensive case study analysis of five telecommunications firms, we employed mixed methods to collect data on project outcomes, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Our findings reveal that agile practices significantly enhance project delivery speed and quality, fostering greater collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Notably, firms that fully embraced agile principles reported a 32% increase in project success rates compared to those using traditional methods. This research underscores the necessity for telecommunications firms to adapt to agile frameworks to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.
