Abstract

Focusing on digital transformation in healthcare management, this article examines the integration of digital technologies in healthcare systems. Through case analyses of hospitals and clinics, the research identifies the impact of digital tools on efficiency, patient engagement, and data handling. The study suggests that digital transformation can lead to improved healthcare outcomes when coupled with strategic planning and staff training. The paper discusses barriers to adoption and provides recommendations for successful implementation.
