Abstract

This study explores the application of agile management practices within remote teams and examines their effectiveness compared to traditional frameworks. Using a combination of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the research highlights the benefits of agility in enhancing team dynamics, productivity, and adaptability during unpredictable challenges. Key findings suggest that organizations adopting agile methods experience increased innovation and communication efficiency. The paper concludes with recommendations for integrating agile principles into remote work structures to foster better team collaboration.
