Abstract

This study explores the relationship between leadership styles and organizational performance in family-owned businesses. By analyzing survey data from family firms across various industries, the paper identifies leadership patterns that correlate with business success. It concludes that transformational leadership styles positively influence performance, while authoritarian approaches may hinder growth. Recommendations are provided for family businesses seeking to optimize leadership strategies for enhanced performance.
