Abstract

This paper explores the role of public administration in managing crises, drawing lessons from recent natural and man-made disasters. It examines the effectiveness of governmental responses and the coordination between different agencies and stakeholders. The study highlights the importance of preparedness, communication, and resource management in crisis situations. By analyzing various case studies, the research identifies best practices and areas for improvement in public sector crisis management. This work contributes to the understanding of how public administration can enhance resilience and response capabilities in the face of emergencies.
