Abstract

This article investigates the digital transformation of healthcare systems from a public management perspective. It examines the challenges and opportunities that digital technologies present to healthcare administrators. Through qualitative analysis of healthcare systems in multiple countries, the paper discusses how digital tools can improve service delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation. The study also highlights the role of government policy in facilitating successful digital transformations in the healthcare sector.
