Abstract

This study examines the impact of e-government technologies on civic engagement in public administration. By analyzing case studies from various jurisdictions, the research explores how digital platforms are used to foster citizen participation in governance processes. The paper evaluates the effectiveness of these technologies in increasing transparency, accountability, and public trust. Findings suggest that while e-government innovations have the potential to significantly enhance civic engagement, challenges such as digital divide and privacy concerns must be addressed to fully realize their benefits.
