Abstract

This paper explores the roles of e-government platforms in supporting public administration during post-pandemic recovery phases. By analyzing case studies from various regions, the research identifies key success factors and challenges in implementing digital solutions, particularly in areas with limited access to technology. The study also examines the impact of these platforms on transparency and public trust in government processes. The findings suggest that well-integrated e-government systems can significantly enhance administrative efficiency and citizen engagement, although the digital divide remains a persistent challenge. Future directions for research are suggested, emphasizing cross-sector collaborations and policy adaptations to emerging digital landscapes.
