Articles
Modern Jurisprudence Journal publishes original, peer-reviewed research that contributes to the critical analysis and advancement of legal theory, practice, and policy. The journal welcomes diverse methodological approaches—doctrinal, comparative, empirical, and interdisciplinary—that enrich the understanding of law in modern societies.
Research Articles – Scholarly papers presenting original research in legal theory, constitutional law, international law, or human rights. Articles should follow the IMRAD or comparable academic structure, providing a clear argument, methodology, results (if applicable), and discussion grounded in legal analysis.
Review Essays – Analytical overviews and evaluations of developments in specific areas of law or legal scholarship. Reviews should synthesize existing literature, identify key debates and theoretical perspectives, and propose future directions for research.
Case Analyses – Detailed examinations of landmark or contemporary legal cases. These should explore judicial reasoning, precedent implications, and broader socio-political or ethical contexts relevant to the case’s significance.
Policy and Legal Commentaries – Critical discussions on current legal reforms, policy changes, or emerging global legal challenges. Submissions may include normative arguments, evaluations of legislation, or proposals for institutional or procedural innovation.
