Abstract

This article investigates the effectiveness of international law in addressing climate change, with a focus on recent multilateral agreements and their implementation. It examines the roles that different countries and international bodies play in shaping climate policies and enforcing compliance. By analyzing case studies from the Paris Agreement and the Kyoto Protocol, the article evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of existing legal frameworks and proposes avenues for enhancing international cooperation in climate change mitigation.
