Abstract

This article examines how judicial processes in different countries contribute to the protection of human rights during armed conflicts. It explores the effectiveness of national and international courts in addressing war crimes and other violations of human rights. Focusing on case studies from Syria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Colombia, the article highlights the challenges and successes of implementing judicial remedies in conflict zones, offering policy recommendations for improving human rights protections.
