Abstract

This study explores the significance of emotional intelligence (EI) in the workplace, focusing on how EI influences employee adaptation and productivity. By analyzing data from diverse corporate environments, the paper illuminates the correlation between high EI levels and improved communication, conflict resolution, and stress management. The findings suggest that organizations should invest in EI training programs to enhance workforce efficiency.
