Abstract

This article delves into the psychological underpinnings of gender differences in leadership styles. By analyzing traits and behaviors typically associated with male and female leaders, the research aims to uncover the psychological factors contributing to these differences. Interviews with 200 leaders across various industries highlight distinct leadership styles and their effectiveness. The findings have implications for leadership development and gender equality in the workplace.
