Social isolation among adolescents has emerged as a pressing issue, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates a multifaceted intervention framework designed to mitigate the negative psychological impacts of social isolation. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we surveyed 500 adolescents and conducted in-depth interviews with mental health professionals. Our findings indicate that community-based programs, peer mentorship, and family engagement significantly enhance adolescents' resilience and psychological well-being. This model offers a pragmatic solution to combat the rising tide of mental health issues tied to social isolation, emphasizing the necessity of integrated support systems within educational contexts.
