This study introduces a Cognitive-Behavioral Synchronization Framework aimed at enhancing socio-emotional learning (SEL) among adolescents. Utilizing a multi-modal approach, the framework integrates neurofeedback mechanisms with cognitive-behavioral interventions to foster emotional intelligence and resilience. The methodology involves a cohort of 150 adolescents, with assessments using advanced psychometric tools and longitudinal tracking. Results indicate significant improvements in emotional regulation and social interactions. The study concludes with implications for educational psychology and future research directions.
