Abstract

This article explores the urgent need for enhanced resilience in youth facing psychosocial adversities. We introduce a novel methodological framework that integrates quantitative and qualitative data, enabling the construction of individualized resilience profiles. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we collected data from a diverse sample of adolescents in urban environments, applying advanced statistical techniques to analyze the relationship between psychosocial variables and resilience outcomes. Our findings indicate that tailored interventions, informed by unique resilience profiles, significantly improve mental health outcomes and adaptive coping strategies. This study underscores the necessity for psychologists to adopt nuanced approaches that reflect the complexities of individual experiences in developmental psychology, ultimately impacting intervention efficacy and policy.
