Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between attachment styles and satisfaction in romantic relationships. Through a combination of surveys and in-depth interviews, the research explores how secure, anxious, and avoidant attachment styles influence communication, trust, and overall satisfaction among couples. The findings highlight that secure attachment is positively correlated with high relationship satisfaction, while anxious and avoidant styles present challenges in communication and trust. Recommendations for relationship counseling based on attachment theory are provided.
