Abstract

This paper examines the psychological impacts of integrating virtual reality (VR) into therapeutic practices. Focusing on various therapeutic settings, we assess the effectiveness and psychological outcomes of VR interventions. The study combines experimental research with case studies to evaluate the emotional and cognitive effects on patients. Findings indicate that VR can enhance therapeutic outcomes by providing immersive environments that facilitate patient engagement and cognitive behavioral changes.
