Abstract

This article explores resilience factors and coping mechanisms utilized by refugee populations adapting to new environments. Focusing on psychological adaptation, we analyze how different backgrounds influence resilience strategies. The study combines qualitative interviews with refugees and quantitative measures of psychological resilience, offering insights into the dynamic interplay of individual and collective coping strategies. The findings aim to inform policies that support the psychological well-being of refugees worldwide.
