Abstract

This study examines how cultural norms shape the social behaviors of adolescents in diverse environments. By analyzing data from various cultural settings, we explore the extent to which cultural expectations influence peer interactions and social development. Our findings suggest that cultural norms significantly affect adolescents' behavior, impacting their social skills and relationships. This research provides insights into how cultural contexts can either facilitate or hinder adolescent social development, offering implications for educators and policymakers aiming to support youth in multicultural societies.
