Abstract

This study examines the impact of sleep patterns on the cognitive development of adolescents. By analyzing sleep duration and quality, we assess their effects on memory, attention, and overall cognitive functioning. The research indicates that sufficient, high-quality sleep is crucial for optimal cognitive development in adolescents, suggesting the need for public health initiatives to promote healthy sleep habits among youth.
