Abstract

This study explores the impact of mindfulness practices on reducing anxiety among high school students. By integrating mindfulness exercises into daily routines, the research assesses changes in stress levels and academic performance. Quantitative data collected through surveys and academic assessments demonstrate a notable decrease in anxiety and improvement in focus and grades among students practicing mindfulness, compared to peers who do not participate.
