This study explores how cultural backgrounds influence teaching styles in Canadian multicultural classrooms. By examining how educators from various cultural backgrounds navigate the teaching landscape, the study provides insights into the benefits and challenges of diverse teaching styles. In-depth interviews and classroom observations reveal how cultural diversity impacts pedagogical approaches, student-teacher interactions, and classroom dynamics. The findings suggest strategies to harness cultural diversity for more inclusive and effective education.
