Abstract

This study explores the implementation and outcomes of flipped classroom pedagogy in higher education institutions in Japan and Germany. By reversing the traditional learning environment, students engage with lecture materials at home and participate in interactive activities during class time. The research compares the effectiveness of this approach in enhancing student engagement, understanding, and collaboration in different cultural contexts. Findings provide valuable insights into the adaptability and impact of flipped classrooms worldwide.
